Your Wedding Flowers – What Are Your Choices?

When most of us envision wedding flowers we think about more of the standard choices but there are literally tens of thousands of flower selections that work very well for wedding bouquets, ceremonies, and receptions.

Listed below are just a couple rose variations to get you thinking. We’ve separated them by color to help make it easier to fit them for your design. You can also search types of flowers on the internet.

WHITES/ORANGES

Dahlia – a late summer and fall bloom known for the wide variety of colors. Very affordable and so they work great in centerpieces and bouquets.

Asclepia Beatix – very tiny plants that throw a great deal of punch! A 1″ cross rose that works well in minimal measures. Very affordable and so they work great in centerpieces and bouquets.

Tulip – there are a lot of color selection and several tulip variants. Very affordable and so they work great in centerpieces and bouquets.

Ranuculus – a beautiful spring flower but prone to drooping in hot weather. It looks terrific blended with other plants.

Chinese Lantern – is well known to have 10-15 flowers on a stock therefore it is excellent for a center point in centerpieces.

Sandersonia – these small bell-shaped flowers work great in boutonnieres, corsages, as well as in flower girls baskets.

Poppy – Huge, incredibly inexpensive when purchased in its in season, spring, and beautiful. They’re definitely an eye catcher!

Black Eyed Susans – The perfect state flower for a country wedding,

Sunflower – flowers from late summer to fall and are available in a number of colors and sizes. Highly popular planted in containers. You can also search on the internet.

Snapdragon – a really sleek and elegant flower that is effective with simple arrangements and centerpieces. Affordable, blooming in late summer.
